Sleep to Complete Workshop

Second, graduate students are notorious for skimping on sleep in order to work on research, complete assignments, and to socialize. However, maintaining healthy sleep habits is crucial for academic and personal success. We invite graduate students to learn how sleep can help them ‘work smarter, not harder’ and some techniques to combat insomnia at our Sleep to Complete workshop happening on October 29th from 6:00- 8:00 PM in Chittenden Hall.
