Day 01 - Pilanesberg

We departed from home at 09h00 and arrived at Bakgatla Camp Site in the Pilanesberg at 12h00.

The camp sites were all deserted so we could pick the one we like most nearest the ablution block and swimming pool.

At 15h00 we drove through the game park and enjoyed drinks at the drinking hole.

We saw a variety if wild life. We were lucky enough to see a Black Rhino. They are known to be aggressive. The Rhino did a mock charge on our vehicle and veered off to the left at the last minute and disappeared into the bush.
