Raelynn’s job responsibilities include the interaction and visual design of individual features, standardization of design patterns for product consistency, and human centered design research - gaining insight from users during user research events and providing field support and training. Currently she works on CPOF (Command Post of the Future) which is a command and control application used by the Army and Marine Corps to aid collaboration and operational decision making. The CPOF software is currently deployed throughout Iraq and Afghanistan. Design is her passion, and sports are a close second. She was a four-year letter winner and captain of the Allegheny College women’s basketball team. She also enjoys running and biking, and there's nothing she would rather do on a Saturday morning than play 18 holes of golf. She is very grateful for the opportunity to have participated in sports from the time she was young. Competition has allowed her to travel and make lasting relationships with all kinds of people. As a young girl, playing sports helped her develop the self-concept that she carries with her today. She also spends her spare time knitting, visiting museums, exploring New York, and taking Polaroid photos. www.raelynnmiles.com, raelynn@raelynnmiles.com
