At a very young age music was very much a part of J.D. Eicher’s life. As he began playing, guitar became a release – no matter the source of the stress. Eventually, J.D. started writing his own material, and he began performing in groups and as a solo act. It was the solo act that always remained constant and he kept releasing material, hoping to find his sound. Now J.D. has found some musicians – affectionately known as “the Goodnights” – who are helping him get there. J.D. thinks that, with music, the only thing more gratifying than playing for yourself is knowing that your work resounds with someone.
