As Director of Marketing, Jill provides strategic counsel and oversees positioning, brand management, and messaging for Pittsburgh-based Search Marketing agency, IMPAQT. Her marketing department drives lead generation, sales promotion, and advertising; while managing the company website, events, and the go-to-market strategies for new service lines.
Jill’s 19 years of senior leadership roles include client-side communications as well as account management at Pittsburgh-based advertising agencies. She has a B.A. in Journalism and was most recently the media spokesperson and Marketing Director for the regional American Red Cross, There, she led the growth of its local PR exposure, and developed nationally-noteworthy ad campaigns and social service initiatives. Jill is on the Pittsburgh Advertising Federation Board, volunteers as a Red Cross disaster public affairs spokesperson, teaches a 6 a.m. Spinning class, and advocates for more art education through her daughters’ elementary school “Arts Alive” program. jberardi@impaqt.com
