Jessica Trybus is the Founder and CEO of Etcetera Edutainment, a six year old company that trains the next generation of workforce using game-based training simulations. The company works mainly with large corporations who need to translate mission-critical skills to their workforce through simulated learning, motivating behaviors that will increase productivity and in some cases even save lives. Etcetera Edutainment was formed out of Carnegie Mellon University, a research and development center internationally known as one of the top universities for technology innovation. Jessica also serves on the faculty at Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center and since 2002 has contributed to Carnegie Mellon's specific recognition as a pioneer in using game-based learning to teach people of all ages more effectively.
