Petition to bishops over Pope Francis

There is an e-petition circulating, from laypeople requesting the bishops to proceed with their proposal to formally present the current errors to Pope Francis in the hope that he will re-establish true Catholic teaching, and if he does not, to initiate a process whereby he would be proven to be contumaceously heretical.
