Have You Ever Used a Google Map? Have You Created One?
Chances are you have used Google Maps to search for directions on your computer or
phone (both iPhone and Android phones use Google Maps). But, directions just scratch the surface of the power of Google Maps. Google allows individuals to create customized maps (with pins, lines, and more) and gives programmers access to the data so they can create mash-up applications that utilize the maps - all for free!

Activity
Choose one or all of the following:
- Where are you when you are you in your element?
- A place you've always wanted to go
- A place where you've eaten your best meal
- A place where you've had a great adventure
- What is a place you could connect to in your curriculum?
- Write a short witty phrase about how and why that place is important.
- Label it with an appropriate icon
- Add an image(s), text and maybe a video(s).
