Why Screencasts?In order to better serve students and teachers, we have created screencast tutorials to help with various technology related questions.

We use the web-based tool Screenr.

How can I use my doc cam to create a screencast?

1. Connect USB cable from camera to computer

2. Open Screenr and select "Record screencast"

3. Open "Image Mate" (software for doc camera).

4. Select Video camera icon. You will now get live

action from camera on computer screen.

5. Size screenr record screen to desired size.

6. Record as you would normally.
