Motivate the Millennials: Tech Project Templates
With the incredible changes that have taken place in the last 20 years, we must provide opportunities for students to engage with these new technologies. This does not necessarily mean we need to abandon all of the traditional methods teachers have been using for years - we just need to give them a new, 21st century spin.
Here are some general project categories that have been given new life with Web 2.0 technologies.
Some logistical questions to consider as we go through this presentation:
- How do students get accounts?
- How will they submit their finished products?
- How much time is necessary to implement?
- Will it be done at school or at home?
- If at home, what about students without access?
- If at school, how many computers are available? 1 to 1? 3 to 1?
