Jason Kammerer

My name is Mr. Jason Kammerer and I will be your teacher for Biology 1-2. Welcome to the 2021-22 school year! I’m very excited to get back to the classroom and meet my students in person!

Born and raised here in San Diego

Graduated from SDCC with an AA in Liberal Arts (1994) and then from SDSU with a BS in Biology (1998). I earned my teaching credential from SDSU in 2000.

After earning my teaching credential, I was hired by Clairemont High School for the 2000-01 school year and have been here ever since.

I love science and all of its myriad branches.

My primary goal is to help my students to grow as thinkers and learners, to practice applying real world skills in the classroom setting.

Outside of CHS, I enjoy traveling around the world.
