The Strength of Body to Mind is a documentary hoping to inspire people to take up the gym. Encouraging people to become a better version of themself physically and mentally. Through the insight of peoples stories it hopes to relate to audiences own experiences and provide a way to break free from any mental illness using a positive outlet.

Reflection

This Trimester has been a pretty difficult one. The work load seems to have increased and I have had even more limited amount of time to complete it all. I’ve had to move house midway through the Trimester which pushed a lot of commitments aside for the whole Trimester. As well as due to a bad workplace environment. I had to find a new job.

A few of the key issues that happened this Trimester…

Income Stability - I was sick for around about 3 weeks in the early weeks of the Trimester which since starting a new job the Trimester beforeI had no sick hours to replenish my lack of funds.

Poor timing - When myself and my two other roommates got approved for a new house. We had to start paying rent straight away. So I ended up having to move out of the previous house that I was at quite quickly as I didn’t want to pay for rent at two units. The 2 week period we had to move out was right in the middle of production week which cancelled my previous interviewee’s time slots. I then had to push production weeks to Week 8, 9 and even 10.

None the less. I’m contempt with how the project has come out. It certainly isn’t at its full potential and didn’t exactly reach the high standard that I held for it when starting out this Trimester. In the end it’s decent. I’m hoping to do a confutation of my own journey outside of the SAE bubble over the next year. To see if I can improve my physique and mental stability.
