Partner Insights

The information below is all information that we were able to gather from Data Collaborative Participants. As previously mentioned, we used various ways to collect our Partner Insights. These included:

Surveys and Questionnaires: Surveys and Questionnaires were usually delivered in emails and used either free form, open questions or Google Forms. We designed surveys to target specific decisions in either creating design constraints or coming to a conclusion. The questionnaires were more free form and looked to gain perspective and value that we were unable to stop and appreciate in the day-to-day execution of the work.
In-person Perspective Activities: We hosted and delivered these during the lifespan of the Data Collaborative.

Internal Notes: The internal notes are all of the internal data that we have compiled over the years during Training and Coaching sessions. The internal notes try to capture the Partner's voice when explaining a specific challenge that is anchored to a pillar, routine or action or when they are discovering a solution to a previously held barrier.

Partner Self Assessment

This Partner Self-Assessment was executed in the beginning of the first year. It focused on giving Partners the opportunity to define how confident or knowledgeable they are in specific parts of the work.

Ideation Surveys

The Ideation Survey was an activity to discover potential solutions that were identified during in-person perspective activities. The purpose of this activity was to gain additional clarity on how the model needed to evolve.

Creation Surveys

The Creation surveys were to help the Data Collaborative Team to group common themes, identify the right solution and eliminate fluff in the work through A/B testing and polling Partners.

In-Session Activities

The in-session activities represent workshops and sessions where Partners participated in workshops that were designed to go through one or more of the phases of Design Thinking with the Data Collaborative Team. The insights gained during these sessions were then used to generate new ideas or other capture tools to gain clarity for designing later on.

Coaching Session

The folder for this section is an analysis of Fall Window that took place in 2019. The qualitative comments were pulled from the Internal Metrics dashboard, more information found here. The purpose of this analysis was to better appreciate the general themes of where the Data Collaborative community was struggling the most.

With this analysis, we were able to generalize common themes and then unpack what this means from the perspective of our Partners collectively.
