The tools and resources provided to Data Collaborative Partners may be found below. Participants can access their resources on the Partner Portal site by selecting their organization in the Base Camp page found here.

Below you will find templates for the tools used throughout the Data Collaborative. You can duplicate and edit these to make them your own. This includes rebranding, restructuring or redesigning the templates.
Partner Portal

1. Open up Partner Portal, and click on the three dots icon for more — right next to Publish.
2. Select Duplicate Site to create a copied version of the Google Site. Be sure to make a new website name.
3. When creating a new site, please be sure to update all Participants who are familiar with the current site with a new bit.ly. To create a new bit.ly go to bit.ly.
Homebase

1. Click the icon below to pull up the Homebase template.
2. Click File in the menu bar.
3. Go down the menu tab and select Make a copy.
4. Type in Document Name: Homebase: Organization Name 2.x (insert version #).
Data Fit
Data Fit
1. Click the icon below to pull up the DataFit template.
2. Click File in the menu bar.
3. Go down the menu tab and select Make a copy.
4. Type in Document Name: Organization Name Data Fit 2.x (insert version #).
5. Be sure to connect (if possible) the data sources that will feed the DataFit. Might be important to first duplicate Homebase before DataFit.

2. Select the observation form you wish to integrate into your organization.
3. Download observation document.
