Back to Capacity Building Page
There are some technical pieces of the work that are required/highly beneficial that we don’t necessarily expect our Partners to have time/capacity to develop for themselves. We have developed a substitute for these technical pieces to supplement required knowledge so that participants are not prevented in achieving specific goals with Tools.
Examples of solutions provided:
Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI)
The acronym stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed. This section reflects ownership and role for individual team members in Tools. This is a breakdown of how the work is distributed in the team.
The work has a lot of moving parts; the Data Collaborative has processes in place to make sure that everything is accounted for and done in a timely manner. This section is where we store the repetitive processes that we have refined for this body of work.
Each body of work has had documents and tools built for the success of it. Here you will find ready to use resources that help support the facilitation of Capacity Building.
