The tables below reflect the distribution of ownership for the Coaching section of the Suite of Supports. The overall RACI table represents who is responsible and accountable for all of the Coaching, even though they might not be responsible for developing all Coaching content. The purpose of overall RACI was to ensure that at least one person was going to review all of the outcomes, systems, processes and resources associated with this section of work. The names correspond with the positions found here, in Step 3: People -> DC Staff.
In the sub bucket and roles section, the person responsible is the lead/manager of the process for their specific phase and topic. The consultant is a co-lead/co-manager who is the person responsible and can leverage as little or as much as they would like to in accomplishing the intended purpose of the coaching session.
