The Internal Metrics is how the Data Collaborative Team tracks the performance of Direct Practitioners within the community. The purpose of this dashboard is to give different views to act and tweak the strategies that are built into the model. Each section of the driver diagram that has Key Results associated should be expressed in the dashboard. The internal metrics should continually evolve and measure what the intentions are of the Data Collaborative community. In order to evolve, the internal metrics need to be updated when changes to the model, strategies, practices and/or tools are made.
The documentation below will give access to the various documents that are expressed in the internal metrics dashboard and supporting documents of how to continue managing them. At the bottom of this page, a person can access a template of the Data Collaborative internal metrics if they are choosing to begin a new community from scratch and wants to use parts of the internal metrics dashboard.
Updates to the training related metrics occurs after each training. The process for updating and managing the pre-/post- surveys is built into the training logistics process.
Updates to coaching related metrics occur the second week of each month, following the coaching week.
Updates to tools related metrics occur after the improvement cycle windows based on changes that are made to the tools.
Updates to model related metrics occur after the improvement cycle windows based on changes that are made to the driver diagram

This is the current Internal Metrics, which allows the Data Collaborative to track the community across the specific knowledge, skills and mindsets that we hope to develop in Participants.
(This is a demo of the internal metrics to the right.)
This is an example of the Internal Metrics and will provide guidance and inspiration of how the Data Collaborative was able to develop an Internal Metrics system. If you'd like to replicate this system please contact someone at Read Charlotte to duplicate this document or Matt Lynch at matthewflynch.com.

This spreadsheet is an aggregate of all the project management data the Data Collaborative has collected in the implementation of the Suite of Support with the first cohort of Partners. The spreadsheet is expressed in the operations page of the Internal Metrics Data Studio document.
(Note: You will only have access if you are specifically invited by an existing Data Collaborative team member, please contact Read Charlotte staff member to receive permission and access).
This spreadsheet is an aggregate of all of the Partner coaching observation forms, training pre-/post- surveys and mindset surveys. This document is the source for the majority of the expressions on the Internal Metrics Data Studio document.
This folder is to help potential new users navigate the Knowledge and Skill areas of the Internal Metrics spreadsheet. This will explain how to hook-up pre-/post- Google Forms to the spreadsheet and then how to connect the results of these forms into the aggregate of the Knowledge and Skill areas.
Please contact the Read Charlotte Team to gain access to specific documents. They are the gatekeepers to any documents that contain existing data. Please contact them at info@readcharlotte.org.
