This section is focused toward the execution and delivery of the Knowledge, Skills and Mindsets that are developed within the Data Collaborative community. Suite of Supports
Our biggest focus in the Data Collaborative model is developing the capacity of Partners to understand the Knowledge and Skills, execute the Routines, and own the desired Mindsets. In order to develop this capacity, the Data Collaborative Team has adopted a strategy that we call the Suite of Supports. The Suite of Supports consist of:
- Training
- Coaching
- Tools
- Technical Assistance
Below, is access to a breakdown of the purpose, a responsibility assignment matrix (RACI), systems, processes, documents and tools that the Data Collaborative Team uses to execute the Suite of Support.
Training
Training
Training is where we focus on building the foundations of Knowledge and Skills, Routines and Mindsets.
Coaching
Coaching
Coaching is where we reinforce and identify gaps that occurred during Training and assist Partners in the application of the Routines.
Tools
Tools
The Tools are developed to bridge and reduce the lift needed in Training and Coaching by substituting or automating needed capacity.
Technical Assistance
Technical Assistance
Technical Assistance is the catch-all support that allows us to address singular barriers and challenges that occur throughout the community.
