The Data Collaborative uses Google Drive for all of our internal file management. Here you will find access to all (okay, most) of our internal generated documents. The purpose of this is to share our knowledge management structure and to provide guidance on where to find things.
All documents should be named in the following convention (...we're not perfect):
Date.Document Name.Status
A. Workshop: This folder is where we host all of the documents related to Trainings that the Data Collaborative delivers. It has all of the training materials.
B. Coaching: This folder is where we have all of our supports for coaching: observation forms, coaching homebase, scaffolds, etc.
C. Tools and Resources: Here is where we host all information and images for our Tools and Resources.
D. Tech Assistance: This is where we house the data from Tech Assistance, iterations of templates and the tech assist form.
I. Discovery: All divergent activities and information obtained to help identify and learn more about the work, including the discovery sessions, which are an entry point to gain Partner feedback.
II. Analysis: All convergent activities and information to define what are opportunities and strengths based on what was learned in the Discovery phase.
III. Ideate: All divergent activities where we generated potential solutions, workarounds and new ideas to resolve or leverage our strengths and opportunities.
IV. Create: All Convergent activities where we developed prototypes, minimum viable products and final products.
-1. Model: This is where we store all of our documentation that is related to the Model. In addition, we include pitches, reports and other documents that relate to the messaging and definition of the work.
0. Application: This is where we store all the information that will help with the application of potential new Partners.
1. Driver Diagram and OKRs: This folder focuses on identifying the strategy of the Data Collaborative.
2. Measuring: This is where we store all the tools and documents that aggregate to the internal metrics dashboard and Google Sheets document.
3. People: A list of people involved in the Data Collaborative.
4. Team Ops: All internal operations documented.
