Why: There are some areas for which Partners continue to need support that are not solved in Training, Coaching and/or Tools. The Data Collaborative Team needed a systematic mechanism to support these gaps.
What: Here are the most prevalent Technical Assistance request by category:
When: Questions arise somewhat randomly, but there are times of the year (Assessment Windows, MOY, EOY, in which TA requests spike because Partners are more active in using the Tools/Assessments or other categories they are executing.
Who: Partners
How: Technical Assistance is done by partners accessing a Google Form that is found on the Partner Portal, click here. After they have submitted the form, the Data Collaborative Team begins executing the TA process found below.
Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI)
The acronym stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed. This section reflects ownership and role for individual team members in Technical Assistance. This is a breakdown of how the work is distributed in the team.
The work has a lot of moving parts; the Data Collaborative has processes in place to make sure that everything is accounted for and done in a timely manner. This section is where we store the repetitive processes that we have refined for this body of work.
