The Technical Assistance Design Process was centered around how we can best identify gap areas that were not accounted for in training, coaching and tools. The Data Collaborative leveraged pre-determined Improvement Reviews where we would review all the feedback, data and insights we were able to aggregate on Technical Assistance. Technical Assistance was reviewed at the end of the windows that are identified in the Scope and Sequence for After School programs and Early Childhood.
The Technical Assistance Design Process is led by the person responsible for the TA bucket. At the designated Improvement Reviews, they prepared the following documents before the meeting:

Within the Plan Execution, the Data Collaborative Team developed the roadmap to adopting and integrating the proposed and accepted change ideas into our daily implementation. Most importantly, it included identifying the ideal time to introduce and onboard Partners about updates and changes to the work we do.
