The tables below reflect the distribution of ownership for the Training section of the Suite of Supports. The overall RACI table represents who is responsible and accountable for the Training, even though they might not be responsible for developing each specific Training. The value of “overall” RACI was to ensure that at least one person was going to review all of the outcomes, systems, processes and resources associated with this section of work. The names correspond with the positions found here, in Step 3: People -> DC Staff.
In the Training section, the person responsible is the lead/manager of the process for their specific phase and topic. The consultant is a co-lead/co-manager who the person responsible can leverage as little or as much as they would like to in accomplishing the outcomes of the workshop.
