Technical Assistance Request Process:
2. Check Tech Request Google Sheet (Person Responsible: 1. Tyler (R in RACI) 2. Deepti (C in RACI).
3. TA Lead — sets Pillar and — assigns someone as Responsible and notifies that individual via Slack, along with the Request number (row number in the Request Tracking Sheet). (Person Responsible: 1. Tyler (R in RACI) 2. Deepti (C in RACI).)
4. Send received email within two business days to the person who made the request with timeline included, CCing DataCollaborative account (if request can be fulfilled immediately, this step can be skipped), check off Sent Received Email with timeline? , fill in date and time responded.
5. Send work to person who made the request, CCing DataCollaborative account — check off Completed?, fill in date and time completed, fill in time spent (optionally use Request Time Tracking group in Technical Assistance board in Monday), update Status including details on how the request was resolved in status notes and date and time completed column.
