The first NBA 2K game

The first 2K NBA game had Allen Iverson on the cover. For a game made in 1999, it has really good quality. Since it was made in 1999, some current teams were not in the current city/state, like the Vancouver Grizzlies (now in Memphis), the New Jersey Nets (now in Brooklyn), and a team that moved states and changed their name, the Seattle Super Sonics (now the Oklahoma City Thunder). You can play tournaments or normal games.

NBA 2k 11

The first cover of Michael Jordan was 2k11 Jordan Challenge. In the Jordan challenge, you replay famous MJ moments. The game has Michael Jordan as a 99 overall. The game focused on MJ because he is considered the best. You can also build up to the best player ever, starting in his rookie year. 

NBA 2k 23

Properly, the best newer 2k game is 23. It has a really good stamina bar, and is one of the only covers that didn't put on the best player of that year, Giannis, but instead they put Devin Booker, who was good, but not the best. Michael Jordan is still the best-ranked player, though. It is also loved for bringing back the Jordan Challenge.
