The Electric State movie is pretty well-known for its name, but does anyone know what happens in it? The Electric State movie is a sci-fi, action, and adventurous drama movie. In the movie, it is very futuristic, mainly because of the robots. It was directed by the Russo brothers, and it is 2 hours and 8 minutes long. It also came out in 2025.

The reason this movie is popular is probably that Millie Bonnie Bongiovi and Chris Pratt starred in it. Millie was the actor for Michelle, who goes on a journey with a smuggler across the American Southwest to find her “deceased” younger brother, and Chris Pratt was the actor for Keats, a smuggler who lived with a robot named Herman. The voice for Herman is Anthony Mackie, and the actor for Christopher, Michelle’s brother, is Woody Norman. Basically, the cause that got Michelle to take off on this crazy adventure was when she and her family got in a car crash and found out her brother “died”. She then found out her brother was alive and took off to find him, which then caused her to find a smuggler named Keats, and they went to find her brother togethe
The Electric State movie goes way deeper than you would think. It mainly explores the importance of having strong connections with everyone you know, such as your family, friends, and even robots. This movie has a bunch of feelings that the characters have expressed, mostly isolation, connection, empathy, and sadness.
What makes the animation even cooler is that, instead of just green-screening, the VFX team(a group of very talented artists) painted the elements on the robots, such as their emotions. Also, over 175 robot types were designed by the Art Department.
This movie has had mixed feelings about it, but the best thing about this movie is that it is futuristic and adventurous. Anyway, this movie has very interesting, fun scenes and intense moments that will definitely give you chills while watching.
