The Court
The official seat of the Court is in Gallitassi Street. In the building the Prosecutor's Office is located as well.
The Court of the city of Lucca is a Judiciary Office, which has judicial power also in the field of criminal law and in the civil sector.

Pertini: The government must work hard to remove obstacles, so that we can all be equal!
Art.3 Cost.
All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law, whithout distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion, personal and social conditions. It is the duty of the Republic to remove those obstacles of an economic or social nature which constrain the freedom and equality of citizens, there by impeding the full development of the human person and the effective participation of all workers in the political, economic and social organisation of the country”.
