ASPSU maintains two Google Drive Folders which are the following:

Pro Tip: When you first receive access to the public and shared drives, right click on the folder and select “Add to My Drive” to make it easier to access these folders in the future

Note: Director's 'aspsu___@pdx.edu' does not have Google Drive functionality. Google Drive must be accessed from your personal '@pdx.edu' email.

ASPSU Google iDrive Tutorial

PUBLIC DRIVE

The public drive folder is available to anyone who has the link. This folder contains the following:

- Access resolutions
- See press releases
- Check out SFC drive for important documents on the budget process
- Find governing documents (constitution, senate bylaws, etc.)
- Maintain all minutes and agendas for all committees of ASPSU

SHARED DRIVE

The shared drive folder is only available to official members. This folder contains the following:

- Training materials
- Committees can work together on projects in your committee’s folders
- Transitioning documents
- Workgroups
- Training materials
