How to manage Google Calendar
Along with an email address, director and chair emails have an accompanying calendar. All director emails are already shared with each other. This eases the challenges of finding meeting times and office hours.

ASPSU Main Calendar
Purpose: To document any and all ASPSU events, which include but are not limited to:
Committee Meetings
SFC Meetings
Senate Meetings
Exec Meetings
JRB Meetings
Events
Conferences
Lobbying dates
Important: The ASPSU calendar is linked to your website, so it’s important to document ALL your meetings on this calendar! As of the 2019 - 2020 CoVid-19 outbreak we also are utilizing Zoom for meetings and meeting recordings.
ASPSU Conference Room Calendar
Purpose: To reserve space for meetings in the ASPSU conference room (117a)
Note: Events listed on the calendar will take priority, so if you plan to use the conference room, please reserve it via the calendar!
Need a small meeting space but the conference room is occupied? There are other options:
SMSU M114 & More: SALP Conference rooms (reserve at front desk SMSU 119)
OrgSpace M107: Open space that is not reservable, first come first serve
Last Resort: Submit a space request with your Operations Director
