Setting up your ASPSU Emails
Directors and chairs will receive an email from ASPSU’s Advisor with a odin username and password to access and set up your ASPSU director/chair emails.
Setting up your ASPSU email:
Create a unique email signature
Choose an image for the email profile (like an ASPSU logo for example)
Update your calendar - everyone’s calendars are already synced and shared with yours
Update your contacts - remember you can use the ASPSU groups to communicate and these ASPSU emails are already linked to them
Don’t Delete emails - this is meant to be a record. Instead, archive and label emails! Also don't forward emails to your personal account - again, this is for record keeping

In addition to director and chair emails, you will also receive access to the general ask ASPSU email.
