You are receiving this email because you did not meet the eligibility requirements of the ASPSU Constitution, sections 3.1-3.5, for the [Term] [Year] Academic Quarter.
The ASPSU Judicial Review Board (J-Board) will hear your case this week. You will be given five minutes to make your case before the J-Board, and then the J-Board will ask any questions they may have. You may also bring one witness to speak for up to two minutes. Additionally, you may submit any documentation or evidence by emailing it to me in advance of the meeting.
The J-Board will be holding a meeting next week in order to adequately address each case on its individual merits. The meeting will take place [insert date and time] via Zoom. If you are unable to attend this meeting, you may elect to have someone act as your proxy at the meeting and/or submit written testimony by emailing me in advance.
