Information and Due Dates
Trainees are required to submit an RLC Agreement each term.
The agreement will require you and your RLC:
Have a conversation
Plan for the term
Required Sections
Update your work schedule
Project name each term
Sign the agreement (RLC Signature is required and you will be responsible for collecting it)
Optional Sections
Although not required, you can choose to update the following sections of the agreement: expectations, goals, and work products.
Template & Submission Google Form are on your program's Google site
Due Dates
Fall 2023: October 15th
Winter 2024: January 15th
Spring 2024: April 15th
