• Reply/RSVP to emails, invitations, and event announcements from BUILD EXITO staff within two business days

  • Based on the time of email delivery and in accordance with the Portland State University calendar

• Seek help by notifying BUILD EXITO faculty/staff promptly when any challenges arise which may compromise EXITO commitments

• Program Year 3/Cohort 6 Trainees: Communicate with EXITO if you anticipate

  • Going over 300 Hours for Immersion

  • Completing the 300 academic year hours before 6/15

  • Going over 100 hours a term (Fall, Winter, Spring)
