General Information
What is the QPR?
The Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) is closely tied to the Scholar Agreement
The QPR asks Scholars to self-report their completion of program requirements.
The QPR gives Scholars a chance to provide information relevant to incomplete program requirements.
Information provided may factor into Scholar Success Committee’s consideration when issuing Scholar Success Plans (SSPs) but does not guarantee that you will not receive an SSP or other changes to Scholar standing/status.
Types of Questions on the QPR?
Self Reporting on Program Requirements
About half of the questions ask you to self report on program requirements for the term
Examples: How many RLC hours for the term, GPA for the term, etc.
If you are not done completing the requirement for the term, estimate where you will be by the end of the term
Example: The Fall QPR is due 12/3/23 but RLC hours for the term go until 1/7/24. When completing the QPR estimate how many RLC hours you estimate you’ll have by 1/7/24
Providing Extenuating Circumstances
Chance to report any additional information that you believe the program should know when considering any incomplete program requirements.
Examples: medical appointments, death in the family, personal issues, medical issues (including COVID-19), etc.
Please provide as much information are you are comfortable with and please feel free to list "medical issue" instead of any diagnoses. If your circumstances affected multiple program requirements you can write "see above" in the second or third program requirements.
