describe: I took a picture of my face and the side profile of my face. Then i use these pictures as references to draw my face without tracing

describe: After printing out the picture i took of my face, I outline my portrait and used shapes to make up of my hair and shadows on my face

describe: Then i used carbon copy for my outline to be transfered to a piece of paper without the picture as the background

describe: Lastly I use a black marker to outline the drawing and colour in the shadows and some parts of my hair, leaving the inner side on the shape uncoloured.
I learnt that I have to be patient and every step should be done properly for the next step and the ending product to turn out nice

describe: I use my artist art work as a reference as my painting art style and the background. I find animals to match the background of my artist art piece and a forestry background. I also tried using substitutes to replace the animals in my artist art piece but I tried to place them at around the same spot. Then I outlined everything

describe: Lastly i started finding a skin tone to paint my face and the rest of my body. I finished painting my whole artwork. I learned that painting an artwork needs time and effort. I would need to do it step by step and it cannot be rushed.
