Standard: Calibri (11 pt.), Arial (11 pt.), Lucida Sans Unicode (10 pt.), Times New Roman (12 pt.), Georgia (11 pt.), and Computer Modern (10 pt.); 1" margins
Insert page numbers.
Enable double-spacing.
Center text.
Move down 3-5 spaces.
Type the title of your paper in boldface.
Move down 2 spaces.
Type your first and last name.
Type the name of the department (followed by a comma) and your institutional affiliation.
Type the course initial and number (followed by a colon) as well as the name of the course.
Type your professor's name.
Type the due date.

Chicago (17th ed.)
Standard: Times New Roman/Courier (12 pt.), 1" margins
Center text.
Enable double-spacing.
Title should be centered a third of the way down the page.
Subsequent information should be listed several lines down from your title (2/3 page).
Type your name.
Type the course (NOT the initial) and number (followed by a colon) as well as the name of the course.
Type the due date.

Ensure that your last name and page number is on the top righthand side of the page. Also confirm that you have enabled double-spacing.

Type "Works Cited"
Flush left.
Type full citation.
If the citation goes onto a subsequent line, either indent that line or use the "hanging indent" feature (Format > Align & Indent > Indentation options > Special indent > None > Hanging > Apply).
If you have multiple citations, flush left and repeat the process.
