OHS Responsibilities
Employee:
· Provide a safe work environment
· Machinery and equipment are safe and properly maintained
· Provide Training
· Adequate workplace facilities are available for workers

· Keeps records
· Communicates new Policies and Procedures to managers and employees
Owner:
· Provide and maintain plant (machinery and equipment)
· Provide and maintain safe systems of work
· Ensure the safe use, handling and transport of plant or hazardous substances
· Keep the workplace in safe working condition
· Provide suitable facilities for the welfare of employees
· Provide employees necessary training, supervision and information for them to do their work without risks to their health
Manager:
· Make sure the work site is safe to work
· Oversees staff are informed of safe practices.
· Provides training
· Ensures the correct storage of PPE.
· Make sure to report OHS incidents are reported to Worksafe
Clients:
· Make sure they are safe while on the worksite.
· Make sure the workplace is ready and safe for employees to work on.
· Follow instructions of staff
Apprentice:
· Make sure the workplace is safe
· Follow the OHS procedures
· Ensure following instructions
· Don't be reckless or misuse anything at the workshop.
· Wear correct PPE
Communicating OHS Information
You communicate OHS by using the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) it is used to see the properties of each chemical. the physical, health, and environmental health hazards, protective measures and safety precautions for handling, storing, and transporting the chemical. Risk Assessments are communicated by whoever on the worksite does them to show all the hazards that are on their current worksite. It is stored In the owner’s office. Team meetings happen every week and they would talk about the work they are doing and will discuss the measurements, and plan for a house, etc. There would be a few signs like the protective footwear where it would be inside the workplace on a wall. It must be worn one so that the builders know they have to wear good work boots, another which would be unauthorised entry at the entrance, so no random people try get into the workplace.

Entitlements
