5th-Grade Art

Using the Google Drawing app as their art-making medium the 5th students explored the connections between works of art from different cultures through time as they inferred intended meaning using the language of visual art and design. Additionally, students investigated and discussed how popular culture influences the world of visual art and design as they utilized contemporary media to effectively communicate intended meaning (Visual Arts - 2020 Colorado Academic Standards, 2020).
