1st-Grade Art

The Assignment: As students spend their Fridays working asynchronously, they are asked to examine a simply line or shape, consider what it reminds them of, and asked to "complete the drawing". Additionally, students are asked to create a voice recording, discussing the story behind their illustration.

Assignment Objectives: Envision the potential of a simple line or shape to be transformed to tell a story (Visual Arts - 2020 Colorado Academic Standards, 2020).
