The Lesson: The Lesson: As an extension of the previous lesson ("Using Lines") and to further acquaint students with the tools within the Google Drawing app, students were asked to create an abstract "shape drawing," utilizing each of the available tools within the "shape toolbox"; while applying all assignment criteria discussed in class.

Lesson Objectives: Students can recognize that explorative play with materials can inspire ideas for visual art and design as they compare how artists work in different cultures and at different times in history (Visual Arts - 2020 Colorado Academic Standards, 2020).
