Terms & Conditions of Service

When you engage the professional services of Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa DBA One Brotherhood Chapter (hereinafter referred to as "Facilitator"), you enter into a Service Agreement with Facilitator, and you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service set forth below, and you shall govern yourself accordingly.

Do not pay or donate to a program or service unless you freely consent to the terms and conditions of this Service Policy.  If you cannot agree to this Service Policy, then please cancel your appointment or notify us immediately to cancel it.

Informed Consent

"Informed consent" means (1) you have read the entire Service Agreement, including our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Full Disclaimers, (2) you understand what you read, (3) you give your voluntary consent, and (4) you shall govern yourself accordingly.  

Henceforth, you cannot plead ignorance, excuse or lack of awareness of the terms, policies and conditions set forth in the Service Agreement.

A friend or relative will often tell you what you want to hear, but a results-oriented facilitator will tell you what you NEED to hear.  A good facilitator, consultant, mentor or coach will surprise you with his/her straightforwardness and honesty—trusting that if you asked the question, you'll want to hear the hard truth.  Make sure this is the kind of no-nonsense honesty you want, because that is exactly what you will get from your facilitator, "Katherine "Kim" Lopa".

Facilitator can only help you make informed choices but cannot be held responsible for the consequences of your choices or the situations your choices put you in, however informed or uninformed your choices may be.

You are a free will agent solely responsible and accountable for your choices, decisions, actions, omissions, results and consequences in life, and you agree not to hold Facilitator liable for whatever is yours.

Confidentiality

Facilitator is committed to respect the confidentiality of every consultation.  

You may choose to share your information with others outside the consultation.  However, please be aware that others may receive or interpret your story differently and take your words out of context because (1) they have a different history than you, and (2) they are getting second hand information from you.  They can misunderstand the information you tell them, which may influence you to slip into doubt or denial, and snap you out of the pure state you were in at the session.

Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE except where otherwise stated. Deposit amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

Non-transferable” means unused amount cannot be transferred to another entity nor exchanged for a future appointment or enrollment.

We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits, or transfer at our sole discretion, or as required by applicable law.  If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

What is refundable?

FACILITATOR CANCELS.  If Facilitator cancels an appointment due to inclement weather, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances which would make the appointment unviable, payment will be refunded.​ 

Should unusual circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an appointment, Facilitator will offer to either issue a full refund or transfer your reservation to a future date and time.

Facilitator cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.

DENIED SERVICE OR ADMISSION.  Payment will be refunded in full in the following situations:

FORCE MAJEURE.  If Facilitator cancels an appointment due to inclement weather, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances force majeure which would make the appointment unviable, payment will be refunded.​ 

Should unusual circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an appointment, Facilitator will offer to either issue a full refund or transfer your reservation to a future date and time.

Facilitator cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.

What is not refundable?

As a general rule, all payments are non-refundable except where otherwise stated.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.  No refunds will be offered on canceled subscriptions.  Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.  We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, or as required by applicable law.

NO CALL NO SHOW.  Refunds will not be available for clients who miss an appointment without prompt notice (i.e., No Call No Show). In the case of “No Call No Show,” you agree to indemnify Facilitator by paying the full price of the appointment, event or workshop.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.  “Non-transferable” means unused payment cannot be transferred to another service, appointment or product in the future, nor to another person, unless stated otherwise.

TRADE SECRETS.  Some of our professional services and digital products contain trade secrets that cannot be returned.  Hence, they are NON-REFUNDABLE.

GIFT CARDS & GIFT CERTIFICATES.  We do not accept returns nor give refunds on Gift Cards, Gift Certificate, Payment Plans, and Package Deals. Questions? Please Contact Us.

Cancellation Terms and Restitution Fines

48-hour advance notice is required when canceling an existing appointment, to allow the vacated time slot to be refilled.  We value your time, so please value ours.  Cancellations past the 48-hour cutoff are not eligible for a refund.  

In addition, failure to honor the 48-hour deadline for cancellations will result in a $75.00 penalty charge on the first occasion, a $150.00 penalty charge on the second occasion, and if a third episode occurs you will be terminated as our client.

Certain extenuating or force majeure circumstances exist in which the 48-hour deadline can be waived and the penalty charge forgiven. These special cases are reviewed for final determination.  If there are extenuating circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, personal or family emergencies, etc.), it is important that you Contact Us as soon as possible.  We will be happy to resolve the matter with you and waive penalty fees

Failure to arrive for an appointment shall be considered "No Show" and shall be treated as 100% subject to appointment costs and Restitution Fines. See "No Show" for details.

Facilitator reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time due to inclement weather, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances which would make the appointment non-viable.  In such case, you would be notified immediately.

Facilitator reserves the right to cancel an appointment with due cause, especially if Client violates any of the terms, policies and conditions in the Service Agreement.  Client will be duly informed of the cancellation by email.

How We Use Your Information

How do we use your information?

When you fill up any of Facilitator's forms, you subscribe with Facilitator as a Client so that Facilitator can process your application through automation, and communicate to you through email, text message, phone, and other electronic means, subject to our Privacy Policy.  

We collect your information in order to understand your needs so that we can provide you with knowledgeable assistance through our services and offers.  

From time to time, we may use your information to send you offers, promotions, invitations, etc., that promote enhanced quality of life and may be of interest to you.

We do not sell or trade your personal information to outside parties for marketing purposes.  We also will not use your Personally Identifiable Information for our marketing activities without your prior consent.  This is explained more fully in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which are included in the scope of our Service Agreement.

You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom (footer) of every email we send you.  This will promptly remove you from all future correspondence.

RESULTS VARY FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.  Results depend on your commitment, cooperation, spiritual awareness, inner work, right motivation, actions taken, integrity, follow through, and many other factors.  Best results come from co-creating with Source/Creator/First Principle.  Since we cannot guarantee who or what you will co-create with, consciously and unconsciously, we state unequivocally that we cannot and WE DO NOT SERVE AS YOUR GUARANTOR OF RESULTS.

Furthermore, you agree not to hold us liable for damages arising from your decisions, expectations, actions, omissions, and whatever else you are responsible for.
