We fully endorse and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. This site is protected by the DMCA and any copyright violations reported to us are subject to a DMCA Takedown.
A DMCA Takedown is:
When content is removed from a website at the request of the owner of the content or the owner of the copyright of the content. It is a well established, accepted, internet standard followed by website owners and internet service providers.
Your right to process. Any owner of content has the right to process a takedown notice against a website owner and/or an Online Service Provider (e.g. ISP, hosting company etc.) if the content owner's property is found online without their permission.

Required Elements of a Copyright Infringement Claim

The following elements MUST be included in your copyright infringement claim so that we can understand and process your legal claim:
Provide sufficient contact information so that we may contact you. Please include a valid email address.
Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Include at least one search term under which the material appears in our search results and provide visible proof.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in our website (in the manner complained of) is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Specify the law being allegedly violated, and why you have the right to get this content removed.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury.
A statement of proof that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright, e.g., a letter of authorization or power-of-attorney from copyright owner.
Must be signed by the copyright owner, or person authorized to act on behalf of copyright owner.

Please allow up to 1 week for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties outside The Lily and Beyond will not expedite your request. On the contrary, it may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.
