Recording Policy

By entering the premises where filming is in progress or will be, e.g., Zoom meeting, you understand that you may appear on camera and hereby consent to the reproduction and use of your photograph, image, voice, or reproduction thereof, either in whole or in part, to be used by The Lily & Beyond and their agents or assignees, for any and all multimedia and broadcast purposes, without limitation, reservation or compensation. 

We allow you to go INCOGNITO for Privacy.

Our Mission requires that we occasionally serve the public. Hence, some of our events are recorded and made available to the public as a public service. To serve the public and at the same time protect your privacy rights, we allow you to go incognito in our filmed events.

At your discretion, you can choose to conceal your identity in our recorded events online and offline. At certain events, we may even require you to do so, in order to protect your privacy.

To conceal your identity in our online events, you can turn off your camera and microphone, refrain from posting comments in the chat box, and change your name to a pseudonym or alias (click here to see how it's done) after you are admitted into the Zoom meeting room.

If you do not consent to our Recording Policy, please do not enter the premises while filming is going on.  Instead, wait for the replay (if one is offered), or OPT OUT of the event. Otherwise, your attendance in a live event constitutes full consent to be audio and video recorded under these terms and conditions: 

1. By entering our premises when filming is going on, you understand that you may appear on camera, and you consent to the reproduction and use of your video images, photographs, and voice, either in whole or in part, to be used by The Lily and Beyond DBA One Brotherhood Chapter and Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa, including their agents and assignees, now and in the future.

2. You agree to have your appearance, comments, and posts recorded, photographed, reproduced, and distributed without objection, compensation, remuneration, and without assigning liability to The Lily and Beyond DBA One Brotherhood Chapter, and Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa, including their agents and assignees, now and in the future.

3. You understand that your appearance and comments in the audio and video recordings may be used in the future for educational and marketing purposes to promote Our Mission and programs to the public.

4. All recordings are subject to the Privacy Policy of The Lily and Beyond DBA One Brotherhood Chapter.

5. Minors (below age 18) are not permitted to enter the premises of a public event while filming is going on.
