All live trainings will be conducted online via Zoom, so enroll in the program only if your device and internet bandwidth meet the system requirements of Zoom.
How To Improve Your Online Experience
Use a laptop or desktop computer. Mobile phones have spotty wifi and dropped signals which disrupt your session and cause you to miss portions of a class, presentation, or meditation. Using a computer will solve many tech issues you might otherwise have on a mobile phone.
Use a microphone or earbuds to prevent deafening audio feedback.
Conserve internet bandwidth by turning off any programs or apps that automatically sync in the background, e.g., Dropbox. Turn off any streaming apps, e.g., Netflix, for these grab huge amounts of bandwidth.
After you register and pay, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom call. To join the live training, about 5-10 minutes before the appointed time, click on the Zoom meeting link in your email and then wait for the moderator to start the meeting.
Alternatively, you can join the meeting by going to https://zoom.us/join and enter the Zoom Meeting ID provided in the email.
The Zoom meeting link is unique to you. For your security, do not give away your Zoom meeting link, meeting ID and password to others.
If you have never before joined a Zoom meeting, or you are unsure whether or not your internet bandwidth can handle a Zoom call, then come join our free orientation in Zoom before you enroll in our non-refundable training. If, during the orientation, you keep dropping in and out of the meeting, or your screen constantly freezes, due to intermittent wifi signal, that is an indication that you should not enroll in our non-refundable online training.
