Lewis Central is the only school district I have taught in. I taught Special Education at the high school for two years before getting my dream job as the middle school art teacher. I have been here at LCMS since the 2012-2013 school year. I teach 6-8 grade Art, and love every minute of it.

I am a “military brat”; I have lived all over the world. Besides living in the U.S., I was born at Hahn AFB, Germany, and attended high school at RAF Croughton, England. I have lived in 10 of the 34 states that I have visited. My oldest son, Christian (age 22) was born in Las Vegas, NV and my youngest son, Quin (age 20) was born at RAF Lakenheath, England. They both attend college and live in Omaha.

I have three wonderfully social and bratty dogs that I love dearly!. I have a golden retriever named Hank, a husky named Axel, and a papillon named Louie. Welcome to furville! Obviously I am a dog person.

Besides art, my hobbies include music (I have a pretty nice vinyl record collection started), antiques, yoga, and “competitive group trivia” (I use that term loosely LOL). Tacos are life. I’m obsessed with things in rainbow order! My favorite color is purple.
