REVOLUTION (from Merriam-Webster Dictionary)
a: a sudden, radical, or complete change
b: a fundamental change in political organization
especially: the overthrow or renunciation of one government or ruler and the substitution of another by the governed
The American Revolution is just one example of a political revolution. Throughout history there have been many other notable revolutions that have upended and replaced political powers. While revolutions may share a few common characteristics, many differ due to the age in which it happened, where it took place, and who participated in it. You will be researching another revolution in your groups of no more than THREE (or on your own if you prefer), and creating a presentation of 12-15 slides. THIS WILL BE WORTH A PROJECT GRADE.
Task: For this assignment, your task is to research the details and causes of another revolution. To do this you will begin by selecting a revolution listed below:
