Weekly Directions:
Welcome to week 1 of Non-Traditional Instruction for Honors Geometry! I hope you have read the note posted in the stream. We are learning math differently than how we started the year but I know you are up for the task! I am going to highlight how we are going to "have class":
1) Open the document and carefully read over everything. You will see a mix of problems, embedded videos, and a refresher of parallel/perpendicular lines.
2) Try it on your own! You may complete your work on your own sheet of paper, printing out the document (if available), using Google Docs, or whatever tool you have available to you. Let's be flexible in how we produce our work.
3) What do I do when I'm stuck? Well, did you ask your team? That's right, I am expecting you to collaborate with your fellow Geometry friends. Call them, FaceTime them, text them...I know you miss talking about math :). Ask questions about how to find the slope of the line, this should be Algebra I review!
4) Ok, I asked my friends but we had a lapse in memory, can we ask Mr. Blakeney? Of course, refer to the note in the stream on how to contact me. I'd love to hear from you!
5) Finally, you have to submit your work...but wait, not yet! I have to provide you feedback and you have to check your solutions. This is how you will earn your engagement grade for week 1. Let's submit on Friday...maybe Saturday...maybe Sunday, who knows?
Let the fun begin!

Welcome to week 2 of NTI! Here are your instructions:
1) Based on your feedback, you can now type in the document. Whew!
2) Open the assignment on Google Classroom, under "Week 2." Watch the embedded videos. Try each problem on your own after watching the videos.
3) Stay tuned for teacher led videos on Tuesday and an opportunity to meet with me, Mr. Blakeney, live on Google Meet this Wednesday!
4) Turn the assignment by Thursday because you will get a chance for corrections on Friday, very similar to Week 1.
