Authenticity is a key characteristic required to lead and often misunderstood as new and aspiring leaders step forward. Sharing experiences and tips to remember how to be true to yourself, can shape and enhance new or existing roles.

What to expect: 

Through conversation, presentation and some case study work, attendees will hear/see and feel what authentic leadership can bring to them as an individual, and beyond into their journey in education. 

As headship pressures mount, preparing the aspirant leaders realistically is key and empowering individuals to want to lead is an urgent call to the industry. 

I will present doubt, faith and hope in a way as to inspire or encourage ongoing role development. 

Attendees will be empowered to continue their journey as themselves, or lean in to their aspiration.
