A Data-Rich Approach to Student Wellbeing

This workshop will share some key research on student wellbeing, highlighting global trends that should cause concern.
We will discuss what we are currently experiencing in our own schools and what might be causing the shifts we see.
We will examine some real school wellbeing data, and share ways that schools have begun to reverse these trends, prioritising student voice, emotional resilience, and self-direction.
A data-driven approach to wellness will be demonstrated and ways that attendees can apply this learning to their own schools will be prioritized.

Biography:
Graeme has 40 years of experience in education, with 25 of these working internationally in Hong Kong, Dubai, The Hague and Bangkok. He is an experienced international school leader and also an accomplished keynote speaker and educational consultant.
Previously Head of a UK state school, Graeme has also worked as Principal at the International School of The Hague, in the Netherlands for seven years, followed by six years as Deputy Superintendent of the International School Bangkok. His most recent role was as Founding Director of the Middle East's first sustainable IB school. His roles now include Executive Chairperson of an international educational technology company, and Safeguarding Trustee of a Multi-Academy Trust in the UK with 23 schools.
