This session empowers school leaders and aspiring leaders to navigate change with confidence using the Leadership Intelligences and Capabilities framework. 

Through practical scenarios, reflection, and group dialogue, participants will explore how the seven intelligences apply to real leadership challenges—from crises to innovation. They will leave with a toolkit of strategies, deeper self-awareness, and renewed clarity to lead with purpose in uncertain times.

This session will be of benefit to international school leaders and aspiring leaders, who wish to find their own individual pathway through the Leadership Intelligences and Capabilities framework to bring about tangible development and manage change within their own context. 

What will be in the session?

A range of different practical scenarios shall be explored and analysed through the filter of the seven intelligences. 

Participants shall consider how different approaches and solutions map onto these different intelligences.  

Above all this is an opportunity to reflect upon, learn and share together how this framework can be beneficial to leaders in navigating through the often stormy weather of school leadership, including force majeure, towards the bright light of unchartered waters.
