It will empower staff to include all students, have high expectations for all students including the least able and it will also empower students to be better learners.
In this session, I will explore how to effectively motivate, support, and develop the skills of some of the lowest attainers in the classroom.
Drawing on evidence-informed practice, we will focus on Quality First Teaching—high-impact strategies that meet the needs of all learners through inclusive, aspirational, and well-structured teaching.
Research consistently shows that excellent, inclusive teaching benefits every student, particularly those with SEND or those who have traditionally been left behind.
This session will offer practical approaches to help foster a culture of high expectations and belief, ensuring that every learner is empowered to achieve their personal bes

Teachers will leave with a toolkit of specific strategies to help empower students in their classroom, they will also have considered their own practice and expectations for their students.
